Our New Favorite Snack Cup

DSC00617.JPG

When I heard one of our favorite brands, Munchkin, was launching a personalized line I jumped at the chance to try them out. The Munchkin Snack+ Snack Catcher is our go-to snack cup, and for good reason.

It Has a Lid

Why is a lid so hard to come by in a snack cup? When we travel I’ll throw a snack cup in my purse, so it’s necessary to have a lid so I don’t end up with crumbs in the bottom of my purse or diaper bag. We pretty much always have one of these in the car, and the lid keeps the snacks inside from going stale.

The Lid is Removable

Obviously the lid can be on or off, but it can also stay attached to the cup or detached from the cup by pulling a little tab through. When we’re traveling I leave it attached so we don’t lose it, but when we’re home I detach the lid so it isn’t flapping around.

The Materials

The lid is a nice, soft silicone and the cup itself is stainless steel. It helps car snacks from getting too hot or cold, will take a beating, and the stainless steel is a very sanitary option. No plastic chemicals leeching into these snacks!

Personalization

I don’t know about you but I love anything personalized or monogrammed. These are great for school, and would make a really thoughtful gift. Munchkin offers 360° cups, straw cups, and utensils as well - all stainless steel, all able to be personalized. There are few colors and 2 fonts to choose from, so you’ve got some options to make them your own. And I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the engraving. It’s definitely not going to etch off. I’ll definitely be keeping these in mind for baby shower and 1st birthdays.

Right now you can only get them personalized at Munchkin.com, but if you spend $25 you get free shipping.
